I think the entire dealership are all relatives and either have been in prison or just to *** to find a job elsewhere, so they just go work for this last resort dealership. I had my change stolen out of my car and 3 CDs were missing when I got my 2 day old broken Armada out of their shop. That is only the petty stuff, about a month after purchasing the car, I had charges on an account I used there for over 1000$ at foot locker.....hmmm sounds shady huh, I got the police involved and dont even try to talk to the joke of a general manager there, I dont know his name but he is a fat black guy with glasses and pubic hair on his chin, he totally denied it and turned the other cheek, he probably was listening to my CD while drinking a coke I bought him out of my change compartment. I filed a complaint to the BBB and they said they had more on file to be processed.......... Stay Away and Dont buy from Eric Hill Nissan |

| 3. Written by Yep, very shady & creepy too on February 10, 2010 from new orleans, louisiana, US After finding several used Nissan Sentras I was interested in at about 6am, I spoke to a sales rep. at Eric Hill Nissan three times by 1pm that day. The prices seemed good and the photos showed nice vehicles. After making sure my favorite car was still there (or so I was told), I got a bank loan and insurance for the car. I then drove over 80 miles one way... only to find that the cars on the Eric Hill Nissan website are NOT the cars on their lot. No one seemed to have a clue what they were doing, what the prices were supposed to be, where the keys were or why the VIN numbers from several cars on the website actually were different from the cars represented as being "those cars". Prices given at the lot were 500-$4000 higher than those listed on the website and mentioned on the phone--and the cars were junky and not well kept up. One wouldn't even crank. All we got was a lot of run around and people trying to blame the problems on everyone else at the dealership. I have filed complaints with the BBB and Attorney General's office--especially after hearing from other dealerships in the area that THEY get a lot of complaints about the questionable dealings at Eric Hill. Oh, and telling us the jacked up prices were actually all $3000 LESS than what they paid for the cars was absolutely priceless! I can get a brand new 2010 Nissan Sentra for what they claim to be paying for their junky used ones. ![]() |
